​How do I
place an order?
Placing an order is simple. When you find an item that you like on the website, click on the image to enlarge. You can then choose how many of that item you would like to purchase and simply click 'Add to cart'. From there you can either 'View cart' or keep on shopping. When you are ready to check out, just click on the little green shopping bag in the top right hand corner. You can add a message should you choose and then pay for your goods via Paypal or a card.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Whilst we try to ensure that all information displayed on our Website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we discover that there is no availability of the product that you have ordered then we will inform you of this and give you the option of purchasing an alternative product or cancelling the order.
Despatch times may vary. LIFE IN GREEN is not responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays. Postage costs will vary depending on your location. Items are able to be shipped overseas. Please check the customs requirements and limitations of your country before purchasing.

Returns
& Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. You should return the item in its original condition including its wrapping and swing tags. Please return the item. Subject to LIFE IN GREEN receiving the item in its original condition we will then refund the original cost of the item. Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to deal with returned items. Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse. Therefore we advise that you use a parcel or delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
